Probably the single most pronounced weakness for most of us. The squat is an essential functional movement and the foundation to building real functional strength.
To put it in perspective, as we age the thing most likley to put us in a care home is the inability to get up from the sitting position..... the squat !!! |

The last lecture was a lecture delivered by Professor Randy Pausch who had terminal cancer. He delivered a lecture on life, death and achieving childhood dreams. This is a great lecture and has become an internet phenomena with over 2 200 000 hits.
