We offer a radical departure from the 'lycra clad aerobics and bodybuilding' mentality found in commercial gyms. We offer short, frequent, and intense workouts. Our sessions are designed to make you fitter, leaner and more powerful. We are dedicated to great training and measurable results.
Come expecting anything. Running, kettlebells, circuits, tabatta, Olympic Lifting, an assault course, rings speed training, agility training fallling, moving, punching kicking. The only constant is intensity. Workouts offer infinatley varied training AND optimal levels of health and fitness for all, not just the most able

What we don’t do
- Contracts, legal tie ins, expensive memberships
- Use machines, generalised training programmes from bodybuilding that are inappropriate for functional fitness
- Sell supplements- silly gadgets- or otherwise part you and your money
- Thai Bo, aerobics, boxercise or anything else that envolves skin tight lycra
- Isolation exercises - movements or techniques that are not consistent with making you faster, fitter, stronger and more powerful
- Leisurely workouts
- Accept apathy or Mediocrity
- Accept you paying and not attending
- Bodybuilding or other non functional regiemes
